Chapter 381 of the World Wide Browns Backers (the Van Wert Area Browns Backer Barkers) was established June 20, 2005 for the die hard Cleveland Browns fans of Van Wert County Ohio.  We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our community and contributing to the Cleveland Browns Foundation.
